Be Free offers free and confidential helpline support and information over phone, live chat and text message (SMS). We help people in Pendle and Rossendale (Lancashire) who are affected by Domestic Abuse.

When you reach out to us you will talk with one of our friendly and supportive members of our team who will collaborate with you to find solutions while giving you an empathetic and compassionate ear.
