Bryony House Distress Line is dedicated to providing 24/7, free and confidential support and information over phone and text message (SMS). We support everyone who may need emotional support with abuse & domestic violence, sexual abuse.

When you reach out to us you will talk with one of our trained and supportive counselors who are experienced in how to help people in your situation. They will listen to you, unpack your story and feelings, and work with you to help you through your challenges. Anyone can call and receive free support. We exist to help everyone regardless of age, gender, beliefs or ethnicity. Our helpline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We are always ready to support you.
