Cambridge Rape Crisis Centre Helpline offers free, compassionate and confidential support over the phone. We are here to help women, girls, AFAB non-binary individuals and individuals who have experienced oppression as women in Cambridgeshire, England who may be experiencing emotional distress related to sexual violence and abuse.

When you reach out to us you will talk with one of our trained and supportive volunteers who will listen to you with empathy and understanding, and work together with you to find a meaningful way forward. They are experienced in knowing how to help people who have challenges like what you are going through.
