Drogues info service offers free, compassionate and confidential support by phone and online chat. We exist to help everyone in France who may be experiencing emotional distress related to substance use, supporting a friend or family member, trauma & PTSD.

When you contact us you will talk with one our friendly and supportive counselors or volunteers who have experience in how to help people with similar experiences to your own. They will listen, express empathy and understanding, and assist you to find a way through your situation. Anyone can call and receive free support. We exist to help everyone regardless of age, gender, beliefs or ethnicity.

Votre appel est anonyme et gratuit. -Service de chat individuel (en direct avec l'un de nos écoutants) est ouvert de 8h à minuit du lundi au dimanche. Lorsque le chat est fermé, le bouton « Indisponible » est affiché. -Helpline is run by "Sante Publique France" (SPF) http://www.santepubliquefrance.fr/ available 8.00 am to 2.00 am Mon- Sun. Webchat available 8.00 am to midnight Monday to Sunday.
