Fatin Hakmatek (Safe House). PRADET has 5 safe houses operating in Timor Leste to provide direct specific services to those who have suffered domestic violence, sexual violence, child abuse, human trafficking and abandonment. The types of support including counseling, emergency accommodation 1-3 nights, medical forensic examination, basic needs support, referral and reintegration of clients and client’s follow-up. The 5 safe houses located in Dili, Baucau, Suai, Maliana and Oecusse
