Family Phone 149 is a free and confidential telephone service of the Chilean Carabineros (Carabineros de Chile), created as a source of preventive support and guidance for those who are or could be victims of Domestic Violence (VIF). Referrals and guidance will be provided to public, government, and private providers based on the subject matter, associated with crimes of violence against women, VIF, human rights violations, and sexual offenses.
