Grief Encounter's support line is dedicated to providing support and information over the phone to families and referrers, Monday - Friday 9:30am - 3pm.

When you reach out to us you will talk with a trained member of our team who will be able to support you and provide some guidance and advice during your bereavement journey, and where appropriate can support a family to start the referral process.
