HELP (Auckland Sexual Abuse HELP Foundation)

HELP Auckland provides 24/7, free and confidential support and information by phone to anyone in New Zealand who may be struggling or looking for support with sexual abuse, trauma & PTSD. Our catchment area is Central and North Auckland, so we support people from other areas to find ongoing local support.

When you reach out to us you will talk with one of our friendly and supportive counselors who have experience in how to help people with similar experiences to your own. They will listen, express empathy and understanding, and assist you to find a way through your situation. We support people of all ethnicities, genders, beliefs and ages. We are here for everyone. We are ready to support you 24/7, whether it's the middle of the day or the middle of the night.
