HOPELINE provides 24/7, free, compassionate and confidential support by phone. We are here to help everyone in Philippines who may be struggling or looking for support with anxiety, depression, loneliness, self-harm, suicide.

We're committed to suicide prevention, so if you are having thoughts of suicide or thinking about killing yourself, we are here to listen and support you.

When you reach out to us you will talk with one of our trained counselors who are experienced in how to help people in your situation. They will listen to you, unpack your story and feelings, and work with you to help you through your challenges. Anyone may call and get support. We help everyone, regardless of age, gender, religious views, or nationality. We are ready to support you 24/7, whether it's the middle of the day or the middle of the night.
