We help adults, Indigenous people, LGBTQ+ individuals, and women in Colombia who may require support with abuse and domestic violence, gender and sexual identity, and sexual abuse. When you contact us, you will talk with one of our trained counsellors, who will listen to you with empathy and understanding and work together with you to find a meaningful way forward. Anyone can contact us, regardless of their age, gender, ethnicity, or religious beliefs. We recognise that difficult mental health or crisis experiences can happen at any time, so we are available 24 hours a day, every day of the week.
