Línea Azul (the Blue Line) is a nationwide service specializing in providing guidance, receiving, and referring citizen complaints related to situations of violence or other rights violations against children and adolescents. It is confidential and can be accessed via landline (08005050), mobile phone (*5050), or via the website (www.inau.gub.uy) every day of the year. After receiving the complaint, the team, comprised of technicians and professionals, forwards and coordinates interventions with regional teams to provide an initial response to alleged violations.
