Mental Health Matters Helpline (Devon) provides 24/7, free and confidential support and information over phone. We exist to help people in Devon, England who may need emotional support with anxiety, depression, self-harm, stress, suicide, trauma & PTSD.

We're committed to suicide prevention, so if you are having thoughts of suicide or thinking about killing yourself, we are here to listen and support you.
