About National Crisis Toll-Free Line | Suicide Prevention

The National Crisis Toll-Free Line is dedicated to providing 24/7, free and confidential support and information over phone and text message (SMS).

We are here for everyone in Fiji who may require support with abuse & domestic violence, anxiety, bullying, Dementia & Alzheimer's, depression, eating & body image, family issues, gambling, gender & sexual identity, grief & loss, loneliness, parenting, pregnancy & abortion, relationships, school or work issues, self-harm, sexual abuse, stress, substance use, suicide, supporting a friend or family member, physical illness, trauma & PTSD.

People call us for many different mental health, crisis and behavioural health reasons. Regardless of what you are experiencing, we can support you. Talking with us is free.

As part of our commitment to preventing suicide, we are available to help you if you are considering suicide or harming yourself, or if you are noticing warning signs in a friend or family member When you contact us you will talk with one our friendly and supportive counsellors or volunteers who will listen to you with empathy and understanding, and work together with you to find a meaningful way forward. They are experienced in knowing how to help people who have challenges like what you are going through.

We support people of all ethnicities, genders, beliefs and ages. We are here for everyone. We recognise that difficult mental health or crisis experiences can happen at any time, so we are available 24 hours a day, every day of the week.
