Nottinghamshire Sexual Violence Support Services Helpline provides free and confidential support and information over phone. We support survivors of sexual violence, abuse and rape, aged 18+ living in Nottingham/shire, England. Support is available for males, females and LGBTQ+, whether the abuse happened recently or in the past. We have a wide range of accessibility options for those people who want face-to-face support.
When you contact us you will talk with one of our trained and supportive counselors or volunteers who will collaborate with you to find solutions while giving you an empathetic and compassionate ear. They have expertise and understanding in how to help people going through difficulties similar to what you are.

Accessibility notes
Service for all genders, aged 18+. Our services are free of charge, but telephone calls are at local rate. The helpline is answered by trained and experienced female staff although we can arrange a call back from a male support worker if you prefer. We can access Language Line for people who are unable to converse in English. You are also able to refer into our services via our website, which has a range of accessibility options.
