Our local Helpline & Email Support services are free and confidential. The services are staffed by trained women who are here to listen and support you. If you get a recorded message, leave a message and we will contact you as soon as possible. Our helpline can also provide support and information to supporters such as partners, relatives, friends, carers and other workers. We offer a confidential service. We use a specialist system that anonymises your email address. This means you have control over if and when you tell us who you are.
