Our Helpline provides free and confidential support and information over phone and via email.

Our services are for women and girls (aged 13 and over) from Northumberland, Newcastle, Gateshead, North Tyneside, South Tyneside and Sunderland.

Our services are for women and girls who have experienced any kind of sexual violence at any time in their lives. It doesn't matter how long ago the abuse happened, we are here when you are ready.

When you contact us you will talk with one of our trained and supportive Helpline Volunteers who have experience in how to support people with similar experiences to your own. They will listen, support and believe you.
