Safer Guernsey Helpline offers 24/7 free and confidential support and information by phone. We are here to help women, children and youth across Guernsey who may be experiencing emotional distress related to domestic abuse, sexual abuse, or relationship violence.

When you reach out to us, you will speak with one of our trained and compassionate volunteers, who will listen with empathy and understanding. They are experienced in supporting people facing similar challenges, and will work with you to find a path forward that feels safe and empowering.

We understand how difficult it can be to speak up, especially in abusive situations — but you're not alone. Our support is always free, confidential, and non-judgmental.
