Sands National Helpline

Sands National Helpline provides free and confidential support by phone. We support everyone in the United Kingdom who may be experiencing emotional distress related to grief & loss of a baby.

When you contact us you will talk with one of our trained and supportive peers or volunteers who will listen to you with empathy and understanding, and work together with you to find a meaningful way foward. They are experienced in knowing how to help people who have challenges like what you are going through. Anyone may call and get support. We help everyone, regardless of age, gender, religious views, or nationality.
