Sexual Assault and Abuse Support Service Helpline offers free and confidential support by phone. We are here to help everyone in Buckinghamshire, England who may be looking for support with abuse & domestic violence, sexual abuse, suicide.

We are dedicated to preventing suicide. If you're contemplating suicide or you're worried about warning signs in someone else, please reach out to us for help.

When you contact us you will talk with one of our trained counselors or volunteers who will listen to you with empathy and understanding, and work together with you to find a meaningful way foward. They are experienced in knowing how to help people who have challenges like what you are going through. Regardless of your age, gender, ethnicity or religious beliefs, we will listen in a supportive and non-judgmental capacity.
