Sjúktspjall is an anonymous online chat for people aged 13-25, to discuss relationships, sex, communication and all forms of violence. Despite our target age, people of all ages are welcome, no one is turned away. Our counsellors work on behalf of Stígamót, which provides counselling services to survivors of sexual abuse as well as to relatives and loved ones of survivors. People of all genders and sexualities are welcome. Perpetrators and people that are concerned with their own behaviour are welcome on the chat. Our main focus is counselling people from Iceland. Our main goal is to prevent violence as well as to provide support and counselling to minors who otherwise would not receive support.
