Life Link provides free, compassionate and confidential support over the phone. We are here for everyone in Japan who may be looking for support with suicide.

We're committed to suicide prevention, so if you are having thoughts of suicide or thinking about killing yourself, we are here to listen and support you.

When you reach out to us you will talk with one of our trained and supportive counselors who have experience in how to help people with similar experiences to your own. They will listen, express empathy and understanding, and assist you to find a way through your situation. Anyone can call and receive free support. We exist to help everyone regardless of age, gender, beliefs or ethnicity.
