The SOS Helpline of Open Gate/La Strada is a free and confidential service that enables anonymous reporting of human trafficking cases. The helpline is intended for all individuals at risk of or affected by human trafficking, for their families, as well as for anyone seeking information, wishing to report a concern, or offer support. Our trained operators provide psycho-social support and referrals to relevant institutions and organizations that can offer assistance. Through the SOS Helpline, callers can access information on protection from exploitation, safe travel and employment abroad, as well as available support and protection services both in North Macedonia and abroad. For individuals at risk or already affected by trafficking, we also provide direct assistance, including safe shelter, psycho-social support, legal counselling, and mediation with institutions.
