Southland HELP

Southland HELP provides free and confidential support and information. We are here to help everyone in Southland, New Zealand who may require support with sexual abuse.

Regardless of your age, gender, ethnicity or religious beliefs, we will listen in a supportive and non-judgmental capacity. We are a specialised service dealing in sexual harm. We offer a wide range of services, from brief counselling intervention, ACC Counselling, Court Support, Wellbeing, Rongoa Maori healing and Play Therapy.
