St. Albans and Hertsmere Women's Refuge Helpline offers 24/7, free, compassionate and confidential support over phone. We exist to help people in Hertfordshire, England who may be looking for support with abuse & domestic violence.

When you contact us you will talk with one of our trained counselors who will listen to you with empathy and understanding, and work together with you to find a meaningful way foward. They are experienced in knowing how to help people who have challenges like what you are going through. We are open 24 hours a day, every day of the week. We are always available to talk with you.
