We are a national support line for men. We are here for you if you have been subjected to physical, psychological or economic violence by someone close to you, or to sexual assault. We listen, give support and offer advice about where you can get help. Calls are free, and you can remain anonymous. Anyone can call us or chat, regardless of their age.

We speak Swedish, but we can connect an interpreter to the call. Stay on the line until the interpreter joins the call. The chat is only in Swedish.
