We provide confidential support to women and girls of age 13 and older who have been affected by rape and or sexual violence at any time in their lives, whatever their experiences have been. Women and girls can contact the helpline by freephone, text or email. The volunteers are trained to listen, providing non-judgmental, non-directional emotional support to the callers and a space to be empowered. We support trans women, and non-binary people who identify with a woman-focused, feminist approach.
