It provides immediate telephone support, offering information on all forms of violence, as well as assistance in identifying potential victims of human trafficking. The helpline also responds to all interventions related to these situations, including the coverage of basic needs, coordination with social, health, police and judicial services, emotional support, guidance, and counselling.
