The Gingerbread Single Parent Helpline provides free, compassionate and confidential support over phone and online webchat. We exist to help parents in England and Wales who may be looking for support with family issues, parenting, finance or any challenges related to single parenthood.

When you reach out to us you will talk with one of our trained counselors who will collaborate with you to find solutions while giving you an empathetic and compassionate ear. They have expertise and understanding in how to help people going through difficulties similar to what you are.
