"Hora Segura" from Todo Mejora is a free helpline for children and adolescents of the LGBTIQA+ community, available over online chat in todomejora.org. Our service is confidential, and staffed by professionals who voluntarily provide support and guidance to LGBTIQA+ children, adolescents and young people. There is also a new program called "Familia a Colores" (Family in Color), which offers brief, free, and confidential counseling from the Todo Mejora Foundation for mothers, fathers, and caregivers of LGBTIQA+ children and adolescents. Through WhatsApp (+56 9 6319 9475), a professional from the foundation supports adults with affirmative guidance and tools to understand the development of sexual and gender identity in children and youth (OSIEGCS). Sessions last approximately 45 minutes and aim to create a safe, informative, and emotionally supportive space.
