Voz de Apoio provides free and confidential emotional support by Phone, Voice (WhatsApp), E-mail, Chat and Face to Face. We are here to help everyone who may need emotional support with any topic. We're committed to suicide prevention, so if you are feeling suicidal , we are here to listen and support you. When you contact us you will talk with one of our friendly and supportive volunteers who will listen to you with empathy and understanding, and work together with you to find a meaningful way forward. They are experienced in knowing how to help people who have challenges like what you are going through. Anyone can call and receive free support. We exist to help everyone regardless of age, gender, beliefs or ethnicity.
