About Voz de Apoio
Voz de Apoio provides free and confidential support and information by phone. We are here to help everyone in Portugal who may need emotional support with self-harm, suicide.
We're committed to suicide prevention, so if you are having thoughts of suicide or thinking about killing yourself, we are here to listen and support you.
When you contact us you will talk with one our friendly and supportive volunteers who will listen to you with empathy and understanding, and work together with you to find a meaningful way foward. They are experienced in knowing how to help people who have challenges like what you are going through. Anyone can call and receive free support. We exist to help everyone regardless of age, gender, beliefs or ethnicity.
