Women's Center & Shelter 24-Hour Hotline offers free, compassionate and confidential support by phone. We are here to help anyone who may be struggling or looking for support with intimate partner abuse, or supporting a friend or family member.

When you reach out to us you will talk with one of our trained and supportive counselors or volunteers who will listen to you with empathy and understanding, and work together with you to find a meaningful way foward. They are experienced in knowing how to help people who have challenges like what you are going through. Regardless of your age, gender, ethnicity or religious beliefs, we will listen in a supportive and non-judgmental capacity. Our helpline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We are always ready to support you.
