When you reach out to us you will talk with one of our trained and supportive counselors or volunteers who will listen to you with empathy and understanding, and work together with you to find a meaningful way foward. They are experienced in knowing how to help people who have challenges like what you are going through. Anyone can call and receive free support. We exist to help everyone regardless of age, gender, beliefs or ethnicity. Our helpline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We are always ready to support you.
