Persistent worries about school or work can be detrimental to your mental health. You may feel socially anxious and have difficulty interacting with your peers. Perhaps you find it hard to keep up on tasks and assignments due to high levels of stress, an undiagnosed learning disorder or sensory impairment.

Distress at school and work should never get in the way of your ability to learn, perform, interact or thrive. You have the potential to succeed, but you need support. If your concerns and negative feelings persist for weeks, months or longer, it might be time to reach out to a volunteer or counselor at a helpline in Arizona, United States for support.
