Many people go through traumatic experiences in their lives. They are more common than you might realize. That’s why there are 9 helplines for people suffering from PTSD in Germany. It can be helpful to know some of the signs and symptoms of PTSD:

  • Feeling unable to cope with your daily life

These symptoms are very typical for people who are suffering from trauma-related issues. The pain felt from traumatic events is very real, and it’s okay to feel overwhelmed.
