Alcohol Drug Helpline offers 24/7, free and confidential support by phone, text message (SMS) and online chat. We are here for anyone who may be impacted by addiction or substance use.
When you reach out to us you will talk with one of our friendly and supportive counselors who will collaborate with you to find solutions while giving you an empathetic and compassionate ear. They have expertise and understanding in how to help people going through difficulties similar to what you are. Our helpline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We are always ready to support you.
