About Battered Women's Support Services Crisis Line

BWSS Overview: Free and confidential BWSS has been providing services for 45 years
BWSS uses an anti-oppression, intersectional feminist, and de-colonizing approach

WE PROVIDE SUPPORT TO: Self-identified girls, women, femmes, and 2SLGBTQI+

WHO: have experienced: violence in an intimate relationship sexualized violence any form of gender-based violence adult sexual assault childhood sexual abuse elder abuse criminal harassment
sexual harassment at the workplace

are or have been: in sex economies incarcerated engaged with the criminal system (as a result of self-defense or wrongful arrest)

are survivors of and require support around the impacts of: Generational trauma Colonization Residential schools and/or foster care
