We help everyone in New Brunswick, Canada who may be experiencing emotional distress related to abuse & domestic violence, anxiety, bullying, Dementia & Alzheimer's, depression, eating & body image, family issues, gambling, gender & sexual identity, grief & loss, loneliness, parenting, pregnancy & abortion, relationships, school or work issues, self-harm, sexual abuse, stress, substance use, suicide, supporting a friend or family member, trauma & PTSD.
Regardless of what you're experiencing, whether it's a mental health crisis or wellbeing support, we will support you, for free. We're committed to suicide prevention, so if you are having thoughts of suicide or thinking about killing yourself, we are here to listen and support you.
When you contact us you will talk with one of our trained and supportive volunteers who will collaborate with you to find solutions while giving you an empathetic and compassionate ear. They have expertise and understanding in how to help people going through difficulties similar to what you are. Anyone can call and receive free support. We exist to help everyone regardless of age, gender, beliefs or ethnicity. Our helpline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We are always ready to support you.
