As part of our commitment to preventing suicide, we are available to help you if you notice warning signs in a friend or family member.

When you contact us, you will speak with one of our professional social workers, who will collaborate with you to find solutions while offering an empathetic and compassionate ear. They have the expertise and understanding to help people going through difficulties similar to yours. Anyone can contact us, regardless of their age, gender, ethnicity, or religious beliefs.
