De Kindertelefoon is the place in the Netherlands where children aged 8 to 18 can talk for free and anonymously about topics they do not dare, cannot, or do not want to discuss in their environment, from infatuation to neglect and everything in between. Specially trained volunteers offer a listening ear via telephone and chat and help children further. De Kindertelefoon also has a very busy forum where young people can help each other in a safe place. Thanks to De Kindertelefoon, every child in the Netherlands always has someone to talk to.
