De Kindertelefoon is dé plek in Nederland waar kinderen van 8 tot 18 jaar gratis en anoniem kunnen praten over onderwerpen die ze niet durven, kunnen of willen bespreken in hun eigen omgeving. Van verliefdheid tot verwaarlozing en alles er tussenin. Speciaal opgeleide vrijwilligers bieden via telefoon en chat een luisterend oor en helpen kinderen verder. Ook heeft De Kindertelefoon een zeer drukbezocht forum waar jongeren elkaar, op een veilige plek, kunnen helpen. Dankzij De Kindertelefoon heeft elk kind in Nederland altijd iemand om mee te praten.
