De chat is open van 10:00 uur tot 22:00 uur. De Luisterlijn voert gesprekken in het Nederlands. Als een vrijwilliger het wil en kan mag het gesprek in een andere taal gevoerd worden, maar dat is aan de vrijwilliger. Chat is available from 10:00 to 22:00. The Listen Line conducts conversations in Dutch. If a volunteer is willing and able, the discussion may be held in another language, but that is up to the volunteer.
