Fondation Le Refuge (Ligne pour les jeunes LGBT+) is dedicated to providing 24/7, free and confidential support and information over phone and text message (SMS). We are here for youth, the LGBTQ+ community in France who may be struggling or looking for support with abuse & domestic violence, anxiety, bullying, depression, family issues, gender & sexual identity, loneliness, relationships, school or work issues, sexual abuse, stress, supporting a friend or family member, trauma & PTSD.

When you contact us you will talk with one of our friendly and supportive counselors or volunteers who will collaborate with you to find solutions while giving you an empathetic and compassionate ear. They have expertise and understanding in how to help people going through difficulties similar to what you are. We are always open. You can contact us for free, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
