When you contact us you will talk with one of our trained counselors who will collaborate with you to find solutions while giving you an empathetic and compassionate ear. They have expertise and understanding in how to help people going through difficulties similar to what you are. Anyone may call and get support. We help everyone, regardless of age, gender, religious views, or nationality. We recognise that difficult mental health or crisis experiences can happen at any time, so we are available 24 hours a day, every day of the week.
The counsellor can arrange to talk with you in your language - when your call is answered, say you'd like an interpreter and the language you'd like to speak in.
