We help everyone in Otago, New Zealand over the age of 16 years by providing support around sexual abuse, , trauma & PTSD. and supporting a friend or family member of someone who has experienced sexual harm.

When you contact us you will talk with one of our trained staff who will collaborate with you to find solutions while giving you an empathetic and compassionate ear. They have expertise and understanding in how to help people going through difficulties similar to what you are. Anyone can call and receive free support. We exist to help everyone regardless of gender, beliefs or ethnicity.
