About Queensland Elder Abuse Helpline

The Elder Abuse Helpline is for anyone who has a concern about themselves, someone else or a situation that may be causing harm to an older person. Trained staff are available Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Calls are not recorded and you may remain anonymous if you wish. The Elder Abuse Helpline is a source of information, support, and referral about elder abuse, and about protecting the rights, dignity and independence of older people.
