TRC's helpline, live chat and email service provides free and confidential support for women and girls who have experienced sexual violence or abuse no matter where or when it happened. We support anyone who believe that they would benefit from our specialist service, including supporters of women and girls, trans women and nonbinary folk.

When you use our helpline, live chat and email service, you will talk to one of our trained volunteers who will offer you a compassionate, listening ear for you to talk through your thoughts, feelings and challenges.
