Is bullying making you feel trapped and afraid? Contact a Thailand crisis line for support.

Whether you’ve been bullied, online, at home, at school or at work, you are never alone. Support is always available. There are 4 helplines in Thailand for the victims of bullying. Reach out today to connect with someone who understands how lonely and afraid you feel. If you resonate with any of the following, seek support from a helpline near you:

  • You have been socially isolated and made to feel different, ashamed and alone.
  • You have been the victim of pranks, rumours, naming and shaming online.
  • You have been threatened, belittled or shamed by someone on gaming or social media platforms.
  • Someone has made repeated negative comments about your appearance, culture, family, lifestyle or behaviour.
  • Others have frequently shamed, taunted or threatened you on social media.
  • Someone has shared private, negative, false or harmful pictures, content or rumours about you.
  • One or more people has repeatedly called you names and teased or humiliated you.
  • One or more people have repeatedly sworn at, called names, taunted or physically harassed you.

Bullying has many faces, but it is never earned or deserved. While bullying might make you feel inferior, ugly, ashamed and alone, it is never a true reflection of who you are. You are loved, valued and understood. There are people waiting to support you, so reach out.

Bullying is commonplace, affecting people from every walk of life, but that doesn’t make it right. Bullies should not define who you are or the paths you take in life. Consider reaching out to a helpline in Thailand to talk with someone who understands what you're going through and how you feel.
