The pain of grief and loss can make you want to withdraw from others and turn inwards. You may feel isolated. However, support is available. It's normal to feel many different emotions when you're grieving. If you've never experienced grief or loss before, this can be scary. It might feel like you're losing control. However, what you're feeling is a completelty normal response to a significant loss.
