Struggling with problems in your relationship? Free hotline support is available in Switzerland

If you're feeling dissatisfied in your relationship, help is available. Many people experience relationship problems as a result of poor communication, infidelity, life circumstances, and unresolved trauma. In Switzerland, 5 hotlines provide support with relationships. Reach out if you can relate to any of the following challenges in your relationship:

  • You’re in a long-distance relationship
  • Your personalities, cultures or beliefs are very different
  • You feel the conversation with your partner has started to dwindle
  • Your families don't support your relationship
  • You and/or your partner become spiteful or passive-aggressive in a disagreement
  • There is some past trauma or loss that affects your relationship
  • You are losing your enthusiasm for romance and wooing
  • You disagree about chores, and this is causing tension

When you're going through relationship difficulties, you may experience many different emotions. It's normal to feel insecure and confused, and to have doubts about the relationship. If you're being abused by your partner, you may feel scared and alone.

Trying to solve your relationship problems on your own can be challenging. Sometimes it helps to have an outsider's perspective. Helpline counselors and volunteers in Switzerland can help you identify unhealthy patterns in your relationship and support you in developing healthier ones. They can also help you identify any abuse and introduce you to helpful resources.

If you think you might need support with relationship problems today, consider contacting a helpline in Switzerland for free, confidential help.
