Many of us have struggled with our mental health at some point, or we know someone who has. When we suspect that a loved one could be having mental health problems, it can raise concerns. If your loved one shows any of these signs, contact a helplines in Ukraine for advice – 1 helplines are available:

  • They seem secretive, like they're hiding something.
  • They are struggling at school or work.
