Gem Helpline

Gem Helpline (former BGFCU) was established in 1992 to provide emotional support based on secular psychological and counseling principles. Phone Helpers are trained volunteers of Person Centred Therapy providing emotional support as a community service to persons facing mental or emotional distress. If you feel an issue or problem weighs you down unbearably and you need to talk to someone about it, call us. We are trained to listen to your woes.
