About Línea 106 "El poder de ser escuchado"

Welcome to Line 106, the psychological care and guidance helpline of the District Secretariat of Health of Bogotá. Line 106, "The Power of Being Heard," is a remote helpline providing psychosocial intervention and/or crisis support. It is staffed by a team of professional psychologists who offer a space for listening, guidance, and emotional support to children, adolescents, and adults, allowing them to share any situation that may arise in their daily lives.

This helpline operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Through our communication channels, we promote mental health and participation, while identifying, preventing, intervening in, and referring mental health risk events to specialized care services. These include suicidal behavior, different forms of violence (physical, sexual, psychological, neglect, school bullying, commercial sexual exploitation of children and adolescents, social media cyberbullying, among others), eating disorders, conflicts at home and school, parenting challenges, and other situations of concern.
